If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, it is super important to us that we make it right. We will gladly replace, exchange or refund the amount you paid. You may return or exchange items up to 30 days after a purchase. If you would like to request a repair there will be no charge to you for up to 6 months after your purchase. Alterations Request

We want the items you buy to be the perfect fit for you. We understand that may mean you want to request small alterations such as changes to chain length, upgrades in metal quality, or simply colors change outs. While we are happy to accommodate these requests, they often times require extra materials and dedicated time. Therefore alterations require small additional fee.
